Ready for a workout that's not only fun but also educational? Join us for a dynamic fitness session where you'll sweat it out with friends and pick up cool health tips along the way!

Each class kicks off with relaxing stretches and yoga to get you warmed up, followed by bodyweight and dumbbell exercises that boost strength and overall fitness. Plus, at the end of every session, we dive into a new health topic (like cardio training, hydration, and more!) to keep you in the know.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a fitness pro, I’ll guide you through every move, step by step, before we turn up the intensity! No workout will ever be exactly the same, so get ready for fresh challenges every week. Let’s have fun, get fit, and learn together!

Safety First: While this class uses light dumbbells, it's important to ensure a safe workout environment. Please make sure your child has an open space to move freely, wears appropriate athletic footwear, and stays hydrated with a water bottle. Warm-up and Cool-down: Even though we will do some stretching at the beginning of the course, please encourage your child to stretch before and after the class to prevent injuries. Supervised Workout: It's recommended that younger students (under the age of 12) participate under adult supervision to ensure proper form and technique. Privacy and Online Safety: We prioritize online safety. Please review our privacy policy for more information.
