=== Monster Mandarin's Chinese Language Corner is an ongoing class where anything goes! *** Would you like your child to have a fun language buddy/partner? *** Would you like your child to learn and/or practice Chinese? *** Do you need help with Chinese homework? === Each week one of our amazing Mandarin teachers from Monster Mandarin will provide the following: 1. if kids have no topics they want to discuss, the teacher will provide a topic where the kids and teacher can converse in an interactive way that will be fun and engaging 2. if kids want to practice speaking, the teacher will engage in conversation with the kids and include other kids who may not be as advanced by reviewing and repeating the words + phrases + sentences being sure to be inclusive of all kids 3. if kids need help with Chinese homework, the teacher will utilize each question / assignment / problem as an opportunity to teach all the kids, again, utilizing repetition, pronunciation, and translation as necessary for words + phrases + sentences. The goal of each class is to provide an immersion experience for kids who may not have the opportunity to live with a native Mandarin speaker in their household. All kids should have opportunities to learn a foreign language even if their parents cannot speak Mandarin. === More Details This is a low pressure, ask-anything “corner”. This is not like other offerings. This 25 minute window is similar to a professor’s “Office Hours” where a student can come and get help with whatever Chinese language needs they have in whatever form is best suited for them. We've built a team of the most talented, bilingual educators who are designing and building the most innovative learning products for your kids. Our goal is to make learning as fun and enjoyable as possible, so that kids all over the world can expand their minds.
We're based in Santa Monica, California, but as our customers and partners know, we teach anywhere someone wants to learn Mandarin. We have now taught Mandarin Chinese to kids in 4 countries, 6 states, and 25 cities.
