課堂經歷
Students will learn yoga poses (examples: tree pose, butterfly pose, cat pose, etc...) as well as meditation techniques for mindfulness. This will be taught through guided meditation by the instructor. Class will be presentation/participation as students follow along to instructor leading class through warm up, poses, and guided meditation to build mindfulness. Students should have a clear space for practice, a yoga mat or an area of the floor with traction. Students should be barefoot. Some poses require a student to balance, but risk of falling is minimal as teacher will assess students during practice and offer all necessary modifications to poses. Teacher will lead students through a warm up time at the beginning of the practice, but students should be ready for movement. I will teach through demonstration. My style is very relaxed. Students are free to ask questions at any time. Students will be able to interact at any time. There is no required experience or knowledge needed.

Students should be bare foot and have a yoga mat or other slip proof space such as hardwood floor. Students will be lead through a warm up and cool down. Students should have water. The risk of injury is small and mostly limited to losing balance so students should have a clear area for class in case of fall.
