At the end of the class, each student will receive a personalized certificate of completion. This certificate recognizes their participation and successful application of the SMART goals framework and mindfulness techniques taught during the session. The certificate will be emailed to the parent or guardian after the class is completed, serving as a formal acknowledgment of the student's hard work and commitment to improving their time management and goal-setting skills. While there are no formal grades assigned, this certificate provides a tangible reward for their efforts and can be a motivating factor for continuing to practice the strategies learned in class.

In this engaging and interactive class, students will learn how to set SMART goals and manage their time effectively while incorporating mindfulness practices to reduce stress and stay focused. The class covers the SMART goal framework, mindfulness techniques, and practical time management strategies. The class structure includes a mix of visual aids, guided discussions, and hands-on activities, ensuring that students fully understand and can apply the concepts. This class supports unique learning needs, including ADHD, Dyslexia, and ASD. I use visual aids, multi-sensory activities, clear instructions, positive reinforcement, and tailored mindfulness techniques to help all learners succeed.

There are no prerequisites for this class. All students are welcome, whether they're new to goal-setting or looking to improve their time management skills.

Pen or pencil
A quiet space for mindfulness activities

All materials will be supplied digitally, and no additional purchases are required. The printable worksheet will be made available in the classroom announcement section.
