Unfortunately, ‼️I AM NOT TAKING ON NEW TUTORING STUDENTS AT THIS TIME‼️  
I have limited hours that I tutor during the week , and several students who are already struggling to find openings.  I genuinely wish you the best in your search for a tutor.  There are several great teachers here on Outschool and I have no doubt that you will find what you are looking for!

CLASS SYNOPSIS
In this one-on-one tutoring course, I will meet with your student once per week to instruct them on writing papers; I am happy to help with schoolwork or to assign papers for us to work on

OVERVIEW/DETAILS
    • One 45-minute meeting every week
    • Attentive, patient, one-on-one writing work with your student
    • I am happy to use our time together for assigned schoolwork, or to create writing exercises/papers myself; I am flexible for your needs!

     *NOTE* While I am trained, willing to prepare and research for, and even experienced in test-prep, it is not my specialty

TEACHING STYLE
    • Down-to-earth tutoring
    • I patiently persist with encouragement and support
    • I think creatively to present concepts in different ways until it is comprehended by your learner
    • While students will be challenged to think deeply, their perspective will always be encouraged and celebrated.  
    • I hope that students feel as welcomed to think as they are challenged in their thinking. 
    • I have been known to write my own drafts of papers assigned for my students; after all, how can I truly understand an assignment if I haven't done it myself?  I then often use my draft as an instruction tool.
