Embark on an exciting journey through time and space in our semester-long social studies course designed for middle school students. Our comprehensive curriculum dives deep into the fascinating tapestry of world civilizations, offering an immersive exploration of historical events, cultures, and the interconnectedness of societies.

What will be taught?
The course will cover key periods in world history, including ancient civilizations, medieval empires, the Renaissance, and the modern era. Special emphasis will be placed on understanding cultural diversity, historical significance, and the impact of major events on shaping the world we live in today.

Our teaching style is dynamic and student-centric. We employ a variety of teaching methods, including visual aids, storytelling, group activities, and hands-on projects. The goal is to cater to different learning styles and keep students actively involved.

Class Title: Exploring World Civilizations

Week 1 (March 1-7): Introduction to Ancient Civilizations - Mesopotamia and Egypt

Exploration of early writing systems, including cuneiform and hieroglyphics.
Hands-on activity: Creating clay tablets with cuneiform inscriptions.
Week 2 (March 8-14): The Classical World - Greece and Rome

Week 8 (April 19-25): Industrialization and its Social Impact
