This is a 40 minute tutoring session that will assist the student on Mathematics topics in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Algebra II, or Pre-Calculus based on individual need. The student can request help with homework, or with test preparation, or with review of a test, or a focused session on an area of difficulty such as word problems or calculations. The session can be structured to the student's needs, but I will suggest the student be ready to share questions they have from their homework or tests. The session will be interactive. On occasion, I may have prepared material for teaching particular sub-topics.

Hello!
I am Peter Kane and am pleased to be able to offer you classes on Outschool! I have a Master's Degree in Mathematics and have several years of teaching and tutoring experience in Mathematics and other subjects at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I also have decades of global industry experience in the technology sector, teaching classes, problem solving computer issues, and managing employees. I am well-versed in computer technology.
I was fortunate as a student to have outstanding teachers that coached me to do the best I could. They pointed out ways I could improve my skills, and they provided guidance to help me find my way beyond school. In keeping with the teaching tradition, I would like to offer my experience to assist today's students in the same way I was assisted.
In addition to mathematics and computers, I love history and music and have a lot to offer in those topics. Music, for example, is very much related to mathematics! I read extensively and love discussing books.
