In this ongoing class, I will walk students through the basics of Pre-Algebra skills such as expressions, order of operations, the distributive property, combining like terms, integers, exponents, equations, and inequalities. I will demonstrate the steps needed to solve the problem and have the students watch. Then the students will work through several problems with me and be encouraged to talk me through solving the problems. After this, students will be able to do our last few problems of...

I'm a certified math teacher and have taught middle school math for 8 years. I've worked with students who have learning disabilities as well as students who are gifted.
