Welcome to this small group math class!  We will learn how to tell the difference between word problems that ask for the area, volume, or perimeter!  We will start class by introducing or reviewing concepts of area, perimeter and volume! Next, we will solve word problems that require students to complete multiple steps! The students will first decide if the question is asking for the area, perimeter or volume. Then, they will solve for the area, perimeter or volume! We will write the unit of measurement as well! Students will take turns in being first to volunteer their answers! Please bring paper and pencil to class, or markers!
