In this 1:1 tutoring session, this class can be centered around the student's needs. We can do basic math like adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying. We can also do basic geometry, and some prealgebra practice. Whatever type of math the student is needing help on, just message me prior to class so that I can have all materials ready. I have tutored students 1:1 for six years. I have over 19 years of teaching experience. I also have 2 bachelor's degrees in teaching (Elementary and Early Education), and three teaching certifications.

Students will gain experience and confidence when practicing their multiplication facts.
Students will learn the concept that they are struggling with through step-by-step instruction.

Hello, my name is Teacher Carrie. I have been teaching students for 22 years! I started my career with teaching preschool age classes for two years. I then taught middle school to high school age English/ Language Arts for 8 1/2 years. After teaching high school English I then taught a kindergarten tutoring class, which specialized in learning the beginning parts of reading. I was employed for 4 years working with the Kindergarten students. Currently, I teach English as a second language over the computer. I am a very energetic and fun teacher! I like to make learning enjoyable. I strongly believe that a classroom that is engaging and upbeat will help a student become successful in what they are learning. I enjoy spending most of my time outdoors playing ball with my children. I have coached softball and helped coach baseball in the past.評論
