Class Goal: The overall goal of this class is to provide students with easy-to-implement strategies to make their morning routines less stressful and more manageable. Students will be encouraged and inspired to develop simple routines which improve their overall time management skills. 

Class Description: Have you been searching for some morning motivation? Do you dread the sound of your alarm clock and struggle to get the day started? Is it hard to get out the door on time? Are you frequently running late and get overwhelmed by the morning rush? Join these ongoing sessions to learn helpful tips and strategies that will give you the positive inspiration you're been looking for to jump start your day. 

Class Format: While this class meets virtually, it will be very interactive through games, activities, slides, and discussions. Students will be encouraged to actively participate and offered opportunities to share their various experiences. 

Each class with include the following segments: 
-Opening icebreaker question or activity 
-Time Management tip of the day 
-Interactive activity or game with a focus on enhancing time management skills and awareness
-A review of morning routine basics in an easy-to-remember format  
-"Treasure Your Time" - segment where students have a chance to share their experiences and knowledge with their peers
