課堂經歷

In this one-time class, learners will discuss various emotions such as sadness, happiness, jealousy, rivalry, disappointment, patience, frustration and anger while they learn common techniques to handle these emotions.  Learners will enjoy a lection/discussion class format as we discuss emotions and match those with the opposite of it.  We will discuss which would feel better.  Learners will be presented with some techniques to help them control how to react to these feelings.  Breathing techniques, refocusing, quiet time and more will be discussed.  In this upbeat and fun class, students will be encouraged to participate and have time to ask questions  No prior knowledge needed.  This class is not meant to treat or diagnose any problems, but to help learners gain some helpful suggestions and techniques to handle day to day stresses.
