What will be taught? -Your learner will understand why a company creates a vision statement and how they might do the same for their big goals. What topics will you cover? -Creating a personal vision statement for life. How is your class structured? -This is a self-paced class to give freedom and flexibility in the brainstorming process! How will you teach? -This class will be prerecorded. What's your teaching style? -My approach to teaching is flexibility. We all give and receive information differently, it's important that your learner feels free to really consider the thought provoking content in this class. How much will learners get to interact with you (mention specifics like: lecture, games, slides, video clips, discussion)? -My recording will have slides to follow along with. I've put a decent amount of text to pair with my instruction, as they exercise the freedom to pause or rewind if needed.

My goal with this class is for your learner to understand what S.M.A.R.T. goals are, and how they carry the responsibility for their future. Discipline and commitment are behaviors we all need in professional settings, so I hope to encourage that.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and a concentration in Business Management. I worked in corporate for over 10 years, where I created policies and trained on them, established departments for a billion-dollar company, assisted in software development, and taught young learners how to plan ahead in community outreach initiatives. Once I left corporate, I began substitute teaching, and will be teaching full time this upcoming school year.
