Reindeer Fun Facts
Ms. Abby will lead a mini-lesson on reindeer, covering their habitat, diet, migration, and special adaptations like their thick fur and red noses.
Story Time: "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer"
Ms. Abby will read the classic holiday story of Rudolph, or play a short video adaptation if preferred.
Learners can share what they liked most about the story.
Activity: Making Reindeer Food
Ingredients Needed:
Oats
Glitter or edible sprinkles (to make it sparkle)
Birdseed (optional, if learners want to feed the reindeer outside)
Ziplock bags or small jars

Hello, and welcome to my class! I'm Abby. I have over 30 years experience working with children ages 2-16. For many years, I was the co-owner, director of instruction, and lead teacher for J & A Daycare Center. I also have many years of experience caring for and teaching children through nannying and private home daycare, including children on the autism spectrum. (I have such a heart for children with special needs!) For the past five years, it has been my joy to homeschool my 20-year-old daughter. It is exciting to see her thriving and enjoying learning!
My teaching style is warm, creative, and fun. I am passionate about teaching young children! I love to encourage children and make sure they feel welcome. My goal for my classes is for every child to walk away smiling and feeling like they had a good time!
My husband, daughter and I make our home in Athens, GA. I enjoy wood painting, coloring, cooking, and crafts. I am so excited to meet and teach your child!評論
