If your child loves to collect LOL Surprise Dolls, the new Spring doll named "BUNNY HUN" might be a favorite! Her cute little bunny ears and outfit make her a very popular surprise doll among children everywhere! We will start the class with each student given an opportunity to show and tell about one of their own LOL dolls. Then, we will draw her together in a step by step, interactive, directed drawing lesson. Finally, we will color Bunny Hun together while listening to some fun songs. Hello Parents and Students!
My name is Lori Costa and I have been an elementary school teacher for over 24 years. In addition, I have been teaching online for three years with private, small group, and large group classes. I specialize in teaching phonics, reading, writing, and art.
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Children and the Arts. I also have my Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD emphasis.
I have three amazing kids of my own, who range in age from 10 to 19. My husband and I love to travel with our kids and make fun memories together. Trips to the beach are my favorite!
I plan to teach a variety of lessons that incorporate music, movement, art, reading and writing to reach all types of learners.
My philosophy of teaching is to make a personal connection with students throughout each lesson and encourage them every step of the way, instilling a life long love of learning!評論
