**PLEASE NOTE** Occasionally, I run a class with fewer than 3 students. When I do, the class often runs shorter than the amount of time listed, due to the fact that less time is used with introductions, or with differing abilities and processing speeds in different students. The content is exactly the same, and in fact, can be considered a bargain for a private class. In this fun one-time class, students will learn to draw a classic cartoon Gnome! We will use simple lines and shapes to draw...
As a licensed art teacher, I have developed techniques for breaking down drawing lessons into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Once we get the basics done, I give my students freedom to complete their project using their own imagination, thereby giving them the opportunity to take what I have taught them to a different, fun and creative level.
Paper Pencil and eraser Black Sharpie or similar permanent marker for outlining Crayons, markers or colored pencils (I will be using colored pencils) Other media as student chooses
