Back to school sale! Save $2 with code YEAGEAM54I2. Does your little dancer love lions and animals? This one-time class gives them the opportunity to get the wiggles out while pretending to be different animals as we go through a safari. We will roar like lions, prance like a giraffe, stomp like an elephant, and gallop like a zebra. This class will include fun movement games too! Each dancer will be given the opportunity to introduce themselves. Please reach out with any questions! A few songs from the Lion King will be used in class. Class Structure: Hello Floor stretches Warm-up dance Movement like animals Game More dancing! Freeze Dance Goodbyes!

Students will learn basic stretches such as pike, straddle, and butterfly. They will also learn dance elements such as passes, gallops, jumps, and more!

An open area within enough space to move is required. Dancers should be barefoot (or in athletic shoes if needed) to prevent slips or falls. Parental supervision is needed to avoid injuries, but parents should stay off-camera to follow the privacy and safety guidelines of Outschool. Students may enjoy having a water bottle nearby.

Hello! My passion is teaching children creative movement and dance. It is a beautiful way to help them express their feelings and an excellent way to gain self-confidence. I have been a dance instructor for over five years, and I participated in dance and tumbling for 12 years. I have a bachelor's degree in history, and I am enrolled in a graduate program. I am also a mom to four children. I understand the struggle to find time to enroll our kids in all the extracurriculars we want them to enjoy.
