In this one-time class, the students will learn about the letter sound and the name of l. The student will learn about words starting with the letter sound and the name of l. The students can bring an object that starts with the letter l. The students can tell the class what they like about that letter l object. The students will read the bookAlphaTales: L: The Lamb Who Loved to Laugh by Carol Pugliano-Martin (used with permission). The students will be focusing on lowercase l. The students will be given a l template before class. The students will be making a lollipop art project . I will be doing it with the students. At the end of the class, the students can show their art project to the class.
