*Please feel free to contact me to schedule a time that works best for you.* We all experience big emotions including anger and frustration, but often, we see that these emotions are the hardest to control at times. This class is designed to teach you techniques and inform you on ways to handle those big emotions when they pop up in your life. Topics covered: -What does it mean to be mad? Frustrated? Angry? -Recognizing the warning signs of becoming angry -Identifying how the body looks and feels when they are angry or becoming angry -Safe and healthy ways to manage anger -Using words to express anger *Many parents have asked, and I recommend enrolling your learner in anywhere from 1 to 6 classes* All of my classes are led with empathy, kindness, patience, and understanding. I will lead this class in the same manner. We will interact with each other throughout the class so that I have a clear understanding of what your learner is learning and to determine what further teaching is needed. I have created a variety of icebreakers, games and slides that I will use during our classes. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about scheduling or anything else.
