課堂經歷
This multi-day course will run for 4 weeks. Students will meet once per week and learn phrases and sentences based on different topics. This course is for students who are interested to get into conversational Tagalog. I strive to provide a fun and engaging classroom experience for my students. One of my goals is to guide and encourage my learners to enjoy learning Tagalog. This will be a step up to the one-time introductory classes I offer. Here are the basic outline of what topics will be covered: Lesson 1: All About Me At the end of this session, students will learn words and phrases about themselves and use them in target sentences. Lesson 2: My Family We will discuss about different members of the family unit. Students will be able to talk about their family in Tagalog. Lesson 3: My Community In this session, students will learn words related to their community. Lesson 4: My Culture Students will learn how to talk about their culture. Each lesson will have a homework component that will be completed and presented for the next class.

Students will improve their understanding and knowledge of Tagalog. They will be able to converse in simple sentences.
