課堂經歷

This class combines the well established ADHD strategies of gamification and body doubling to help learners organize a space. 

Each learner will identify a room or space that they wish to tackle during the class and set a clear goal they are trying to achieve.

The class takes the format of a game during which learners will have to complete various "challenges" to tackle their space in bite sized chunks. By gamifying the task it becomes more interesting for the ADHD brain and can help increase motivation.

I hold a B.A with Honours in Psychology and am currently completing a Masters in Counselling psychology. I am a certified ADHD life coach and 3 time presenter at the International Conference on ADHD.
