In this 30-minute No-Bake cooking class, we will make No Bake Christmas Snowballs. This is a great way to learn and focus on the food without using the oven or microwave. Making healthy and fun No-Bake Energy Balls is a great way to incorporate healthy eating during the holidays for students. This class is also perfect for students who are learning how to cook and make their own snacks. This class is very interactive since the student will be making No-Bake Energy Balls, and discussing the taste and texture of the baking items throughout the class. Here is the Supply List: 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats 2/3 cup of toasted shredded coconut 1/2 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter (Optional Almond butter or sunflower butter) 1/2 cup of Ground Flaxseed 1/2 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup of Honey 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (Optional) 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar Glass or Metal Pan 12x12 or smaller to place no-bake energy balls on. Spoon for mixing. Sandwich bag (Optional) for Powdered Sugar.

Parents should be aware that the items suggested contain nuts, dairy, and or wheat. Please use substitutions if your child has allergies. We will not be cooking, but if you want to use a spoon for mixing it is recommended.

Hello,
I'm Ms. Brittany! I have been teaching for over five years and I love teaching to students. I have a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Greek and Roman Mythology, and my 120 -hour TEFL Certification. I have taught in the United States and in Honduras at a Bilingual Spanish/English School. The subjects that I taught were U.S. History, Philosophy, Speech, Social Science, and Marketing and Advertising.
I'm also a Certified Yoga Instructor and have taught yoga and meditation for over three years. The classes that I teach are Baby and Me Yoga, Preschool and Elementary Yoga, Teen Yoga, Adult Yoga, and Continuing Yoga for Beginners.
