Are you feeling like a yummy dessert you can enjoy and share? Join me for a one time class creating a new recipe. Chocolate covered strawberries, cupcakes, cake, apple crisp, fruit tart, rustic peach pie, let's bake a delicious dessert! Birthday, anniversary, holiday, a special event, or a seasonal treat I am dying to bake, come share my baking day with me and let's create a delicious dessert together! These classes are just occasional, not regular, so stay tuned to see what I put up next for the holidays. Each section listed will bake a different dessert. The desserts are listed below by the date they are taught. If the time slot fits your schedule-YAY-we have a baking date! Each class will only be taught once. I have a laid back approach to teaching when it comes to cooking and baking. We all go at a different pace so I focus on each student and make sure they are able to follow. Students will learn to create delicious, homemade desserts and treats they can be proud that they created.
We will talk about reading a recipe, simple recipe math, set up and clean up, kitchen safety, and the joy and pride in baking!

I have been baking, creating, and reinventing recipes in the kitchen for more than 40 years. I've always had a love for creating delicious food that brings families and friends together. Being creative, thinking outside the box, learning new combinations of ingredients to try in a recipe makes baking that much more exciting! I want my students to learn to love creating as I do!評論
