課堂經歷
In this 2x a week class, we will be using playdoh to learn and play. During each class there will be different activities set up for students to explore different areas of learning. We will be using playdoh to count, to shape letters and shapes and to build with. Students will get a opportunity with many activities to be creative. During some of the activities children will be given a object and asked to create a model of there own. This class is supposed to be fun and students will have an opportunity for discussion during this section. Class One: Make a Dinosaur, Create a Face Class Two: Dump truck counting, Let's build a house Class Three: Build a bug, Shape bugs Class Four: Pizza Party, Making fruit salad Class Five: Create a zoo. Animal vet Class Six- Counting, Make a fish Class Seven: Create a butterfly, Shape mat Class Eight: Pond play dough, Letter mat

Hello, Parents! My name is Teacher Lauren. It's so nice to meet you! Let me tell you a little bit about myself!
With over 18 years of teaching experience I am so very excited to start an exciting adventure with your child. I grew up in a small shrimping community in Louisiana. I have a Associates degree in science in early childhood education. I have experience working with children both in a preschool setting and 3rd-5th grade in a classroom setting. I now have 2 years of experience teaching online in a virtual classroom.
I alter my teaching style to meet the needs of the student(s). I strive to engage children through games and hands on activities. I have created a flexible curriculum that can be altered to better suit my students. In my classes, your learner will be having so much fun that they will not even realize they are learning! I encourage a lot of engagement and participation between myself and the learners as well as learner to learner.
When I am not teaching I am with my family. I am married and have 3 teenaged children. We also have 2 fur babies named Nunya and Kajun. As a family we enjoy Friday night high school football games, or after the season ends you can find us having family game night. I also enjoy going to the beach, and disney.
