美國 Preschool - Kindergarten 年級
In this class, your young learner will practice recognizing letters and their sounds, and building and reading words! We will focus on the letters /c/, /l/, /v/, /g/, and /o/. After an initial discussion and demonstration on each letter, we will discuss new words by looking at pictures, building the words, and finally reading! Successful learners for this class should be familiar with the concepts of print, and have a basic understanding that print has meaning. It is helpful for students to have knowledge of the letters taught in Parts A (/m/, /r/, /s/, /b/, /t/, /a/) and B of Let’s Learn Words (/f/, /d/, /j/, /h/, /e/), but it is not required. Welcome to my classroom! I look forward to learning with your student!

I have a variety of classes to offer including kindergarten and first grade reading/ phonics skills, story read alouds and discussions, and how to care for guinea pigs!
I have taught almost all ages of children for many years, from infant through sixth grade, as well as been an early intervention (birth to three) parent educator and online ESL teacher. I homeschooled my twin boys for the year before they entered kindergarten and it was a most wonderful time in my life that I would love to share with other families and children!
I have been married to my high school sweetheart for twenty years. We have a musically and artistically talented seventeen year old daughter and smart and funny identical twin twelve year old boys.
