Ready to learn new dog tricks? I sure am! Join me in learning new easy and fun dog tricks in these short 25-minute ongoing classes. This class will meet once weekly. Trick learning has many benefits: - It creates a stronger bond between the handler and the dog. - It increases the dog's focus and body awareness. - It can be useful for situations in our everyday lives. - It's fun and rewarding! This class will include tricks like paw, take a bow, leave it, spins, go to bed, and much more!...
Students will learn two new dog tricks per class. They can choose one or both to focus on each week.
I train my two miniature poodles in obedience, trick learning, recall training, and the sport of dog agility. Both my dogs compete in the sport of agility.

- A dog! Age doesn’t matter. A dog can always learn new things. - Yummy treats (small size preferable). I typically use high-value treats like cheese, hot dogs, freeze-dried meats, cooked chicken, etc. - A leash (optional). 6 feet is typical. - A fun positive attitude! Dogs can sometimes be frustrating to work with. This makes success even more rewarding in the end!
An adult should be around during dog training to supervise. This keeps both the student and the dog safe.
