Let's Learn English is a 1:1 tutoring session individually designed for each learner's level and goals. I can choose books and materials specifically geared to help your student learn and practice English or use materials you provide. 

During each class, we will read, write, play games, and talk in English. 

Depending on your student's level, I will teach-  
Phonics, Vocabulary, Sight Words, Spelling, Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Writing 

All classes are interactive through Zoom and Nearpod. Students can circle, write, and interact with the screen. 

We will practice the "I do- we do- you do" method where students are directly taught the material, we practice together, and students are then invited to show their understanding independently.  

For younger students, songs, puppets, and games are used to teach and engage.  

For older students, games and high-interest topics like video games, animals, music, and sports are used to teach and engage.  

For advanced students, high-interest literature, non-fiction, and discussion are used to teach and engage.  

Before I teach your child, I will ask for information regarding their interests to make sure the books and materials I use are engaging to them.  Learners will interact with me during the entire class.  

Learners do not need to know English to take this class. I will meet them at their level.
