In this 8 week writers workshop, we will be focused on growing in our confidence and strength as writers. We will be building from the foundation up, as we learn strategies to strengthen our writing as we go. I am a certified elementary teacher, with my bachelors in education for grades K-6. 2nd and 3rd grade are my passion! I have experience teaching both 2nd and 3rd grade across all core content.
Students will need to have their own writers notebook (a standard - lined paper notebook or composition book will do) but please make sure it is lined paper! **Some weeks of class may require students to be able to print out worksheets that I will provide in the online classroom**
