課堂經歷

This is a one time class where we will focus on flexibility needed for dance and similar sports. Lead by an experienced and very knowledgeable physical therapist and former dancer your dancer will get on their way to better extensions and deeper splits in this session. This teacher is very encouraging and meets each learner where they are. Every learner receives feedback and form is checked throughout the class.
Class starts with a 3-5 minute warm up and then works on hip opening and spinal flexibility using healthy and effective techniques.
Flexibility can be improved with the right techniques and a regular routine. Get your child started on the road to healthy flexibility.
