In this class students will be given step by step visual instruction while they draw along with the teacher. During this class students will be learning to draw several different Pokémon, and we will be drawing two or three characters per class. I will be using a camera so that I can look at and talk with students while they are watching me demonstrate what I am drawing on the an iPad on screen. I will be discussing drawing techniques and we will discuss favorite Pokémon and facts about them. For some added fun students and teacher will be able to tell different jokes, facts, and stories about their favorite games, characters, and shows. At the end of class students will be able to share their artwork and copies of the tutorials will be available to download.

Students will learn about form and construction using basic shapes to create a drawings of different heroes from comics, cartoons, and movies. Students will also be shown basics of sketching and outlining students and will learn about forms and shapes while drawing fun characters.

We will be drawing fun versions of the characters which will not be very complicated. Students will learn about how to create fun characters but we will not be covering realism.

Paper preferably heavy duty to draw on, but printer paper can work. Crayons, Colored Pencils, or Markers Pencil and Eraser
