課堂經歷
Have you ever watched your favorite K-pop group perform on stage and thought, “I wish I could do that.”? Do you love K-pop and find yourself practicing your favorite moves in the mirror? Have you never even heard of K-pop but just love to dance and learn new choreography? Wait no longer! Join us weekly where we will be learning choreography to all the best K-pop hit songs! We will start class with some ice-breakers to help everyone get comfortable and learn a little bit about each other. Next, we will do a quick warmup to ensure everyone is ready to dance safely. Then, we will jump right into the choreography which I will teach step-by-step. My students will be able to receive real time, encouraging feedback and can ask questions at any time. Since I want my classes to be focused on the terms "No-Stress" and "No-Pressure," I will make sure my pace matches the students to ensure everyone is following and enjoying themselves! Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, give yourself enough space to dance, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. There will be a break time to give students a chance to rest and also ask any questions they may not have had time to ask during the learning time. There will also be time for students to request and vote for songs for future classes so that everyone can be invested in learning their favorite songs. I can’t wait to dance with you all! *In order to make these classes interactive, I would like to request all students to have their cameras on! However, if you are uncomfortable or would rather not be on camera, please reach out to me and we can make exceptions if necessary. Everyone is welcome to dance with us! Full Class Breakdown: Introduction/Ice-Breakers (5 min) Warm-up (5 min) Learning choreography (+2 min break) (45 min) Cool down (5 min) *** Upcoming Classes: Week of Nov. 17: Sad Song by P1Harmony Week of Nov. 24: Up by Karina Week of Dec. 1: Dangerous by BoyNextDoor Week of Dec. 8: Get Loud by Kiss of Life

教師專業知識和證書
Hello! My name is Celina and I'm so excited to share my love of dance with you! I graduated with a BA in Theatre Performance and have experience working in a school as a paraprofessional educator, student-teaching children's theatre classes, tutoring language classes, and teaching ESL online! I love teaching fun dance classes of many different levels to get students moving and enjoying themselves. Many of my classes are rooted in K-pop choreography, because this is something I am passionate about, and I know a lot of young people love K-pop too! If you love K-pop, know a little bit about K-pop, or even have never heard of K-pop in your life, you will still enjoy yourself in these classes. I believe it's super important for kids and teens to have fun while getting exercise in and staying active, and I want to put an emphasis on "no pressure" in my classes. Can't wait to see you in class!
