課堂經歷
Singing is hard work! Students deserve to reap the rewards and perform in front of their peers. Students will sing and perform a piece that is recital ready and fun for them to sing - you can perform your entire prepared piece! Students can choose to receive feedback and guidance from the teacher or just get to perform their piece for fun. You've done the hard work now you can put it into practice and out there for an audience so you can put your performance technique into practice. Students from my other small group voice lessons, ongoing voice classes, and solo work multi-day classes will enjoy this opportunity to share their hard work here. While this class is meant for students I teach voice and vocal technique to, I am happy to have other performers who are looking for a recital opportunity join us in singing, playing an instrument, or showing off a talent. I hope to offer a safe, supportive space where constructive criticism for all performers can be offered along with support and applause! #creative
學習目標
Learning a song teaches us so many skills but getting to perform it for an audience is also important. Students need the opportunity to share their pieces with each other so they can practice the skill of performance. Most performers have nerves to conquer and without the opportunity to perform their pieces students can't practice this essential skill. The more we perform in front of others the more comfortable we become on stage in our own skin.
