Students are encouraged to share their work with Rozine and other learners, by holding their artwork up to the camera after each character is drawn. Praise and recognition is awarded, regardless of skill level. Rozine stresses the importance of each artist liking their own work—and if they see something they don't like, she motivates them to find the solution to fix the problem. Each session invites learners to bring 2-6 animal characters to life through drawing. Optional seasonal accessories can add a festive touch during holiday-themed classes. Rozine leads students through a step-by-step process, starting with basic geometric shapes drawn in pencil to establish the character's form. Students refine their creations through erasing and adjustments, adding whimsical details like expressive faces with tiny mouths and big eyes. Each child tells a unique story through their art, choosing their characters' facial expressions. Please Note: The number of characters drawn in each session may vary depending on the class's skill level and level of engagement. Typically, most classes complete 2-3 characters, although there are occasions where more may be drawn.
