Pain Perdu:
-any bread preferably French bread Baguette *the French bread from Publix is great! (Preferably a day old)
- cinnamon 
- eggs
- milk or evaporated milk
- maple syrup or sugar
- salt
- butter
- cooking oil 

Topping (of choice):
- Fruit (bananas, berries, strawberries)
- Maple syrup or pancake syrup
- Powdered sugar
- Nutella or chocolate syrup


You will need the following kitchen equipment: 

small bowl, fork, bread knife, nonstick pan, spatula, stove, & plate

***Allergens : wheat, milk, eggs
*** We will be working with the stove to cook. We will use a knife to cut the bread into thick slices. It is important to have an adult help or supervise the student.
