課堂經歷
This class teaches research and informative/explanatory writing. Learners will start by picking an endangered animal of their choice and researching that animal. Then, I will teach the class how to write an informative paragraph using a clear structure of introduction, body, conclusion. Last, learners will write their informative paragraphs using the provided structure and sentence starters. They will receive teacher feedback and revise their paragraphs as needed. Learners will have lots of opportunities to share what they are learning with their classmates by answering questions, using the chatbox, and reading their work out loud.

Hello, my name is Kim Dohner. I have been teaching English and History for 7 years. I taught in classrooms for five years before I transitioned to teaching online.
