使用 Sketchup 學習 3D 建模！讓我們建造一間公寓吧！ （彈性）

Students will learn how to build a detailed 3D apartment and furnish it!

Each lesson will begin by learning new SketchUp tools. I will be going over each new tool, how it works, and what it will be used for in regards to the 3D apartment model. 

Week 1: Introduction to SketchUp
Objective: Student will learn how to bring in the floorplan and build the floors and walls of the apartment.
Student will practice with each tool that is introduced.
Student will learn architectural vocabulary and how it applies to the apartment. 

Week 2: Components
Objective:  Student will learn to create a component.
Student will show that they know how to manipulate and create a variety of objects

Week 3: Furnishing - Interior Design
Objective:  Student will learn how to build and where to find furnishings for their apartment.
Student will show that they know how to manipulate and create a variety of objects. 

Week 4: Texturing
Objective:  Student will learn how to texture their apartment and continue learning architectural concepts such as scale.

The completed apartment should be submitted to the Outschool classroom.

The Student may submit up to 3 houses or objects on which to receive feedback. 

*Please note, grades (letter/percentage) are not issued for this course.

**The closing date for classes will be one week after the last session.  Work submitted after the close date will not receive feedback.

For interaction: Learners will post their work in the classroom to share with one another. Learners will ask each other questions and be able to give tips and demonstrations to explore new and innovative ways to create objects. Learners are able to post screenshots in the classroom to receive feedback from me as well as other learners. The more we share, the more we will learn. I will be checking the classroom every Monday and Thursday to give feedback and to answer questions.
