Learners will be practicing increasingly difficult editing and revision skills including, but not limited to, spelling, contractions, homonyms and homophones, figurative language, punctuation, proper paragraphs, replacement words for said, and usage of more precise language. Learners will be working with the instructor in a fun participatory manner learning together to edit and revise with increased accuracy and discussing each section of the work as a group. We are able to have a lot of fun...
Learners will be studying and practicing editing and revising skills including spelling, contractions, homonyms, homophones, dialogue, figurative language, punctuation, proper paragraphs, and more. Revision includes replacement of words, strengthening dialogue, including stronger words for said and being able to show increased emotion and voice
A packet will be sent as an attachment to your learner's outschool email approximately 3 days ahead of time. Please print it for usage in the class and please don't have the learner started ahead of time. Please also Google on the internet ways to say said and print one of the pages with examples of various ways to say said without using said.
