Recommendation:  It will be helpful if students take my two hour Bill of Rights class to have familiarity with their Constitutional Amendments before taking this camp.  If the student already has a good grasp on the first 10 amendments, this is not necessary. Day One:  Marbury v. Madison and McCullough v. Maryland
Students will learn the basics of case briefing with two landmark cases.  

Day Two:  Civil Rights Cases  (Plessey, Dred Scott and Brown v. Board of Education)
Students will case brief and discuss the history of segregation and slavery in the United States.

Day Three:   Juvenile Case Law
What laws impact teens?  Students will learn and discuss how the Courts have different standards for juveniles.

Day Four:  Juvenile Law Continued  
Students will go over several case examples and become Judges that decide if a Juvenile should be sentenced as an Adult or as a Juvenile.

Day Five:  Human Rights Laws
In this class we will look at Human Rights cases around the globe, the Declaration of Human Rights and the US Supreme Court case  United States v.  Korematsu.
