Kitchen Japan - DIY 波巴茶（防過敏）

**OVERVIEW**
Students will learn to make their own chewy boba from scratch by making the dough using either the microwave or the stove.

**STRUCTURE**
 I will lead students through the recipe step by step by demonstrating the techniques, ensuring that everyone can follow along at their own pace. Students will cook along with me, asking questions as needed. At the end, they'll have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food they've prepared.

By the end of the session, I hope students will gain a sense of confidence in themselves while having fun!

**TIME MANAGEMENT**
Recipes may vary slightly in cooking times. Please arrive on time to make the most of our cooking session. To expedite the cooking process, students are encouraged to pre-measure ingredients and complete any necessary prep work before class. 

**SAFETY & SUPERVISION**
These recipes are designed to be safe and simple, utilizing appliances like the microwave or a stove. Adult supervision and assistance is required. My aim is to equip students with the skills to cook independently while prioritizing their safety.

**SUPPLIES** 
Ingredients will be posted in the classroom. Please check the classroom for the ingredient list prior to our session and purchase the supplies before the class.
