Get ready for a culinary adventure with our young chefs! Each week, we'll dive into kid-friendly recipes, exploring a variety of snacks, desserts, drinks, and more. I'll guide you through every step, demonstrating how to use tools and ingredients. Throughout the class, we'll cover cooking and baking basics, from measuring ingredients to cutting and mixing. It's a hands-on experience perfect for young chefs (adult assistance is sometimes needed). You'll receive the weekly recipes via email...
Week of April 7 - applesauce, canola oil, egg, milk, vanilla extract, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt 15 - wrap or tortilla, strawberries, peanut butter (or your favorite spreadable) 22 - strawberries, light (or table) cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract 29 - any mix-in for the omelet (meat, chopped veggies, etc.), eggs, milk, shredded cheese, salt and pepper Week of May 5 - Sunday only: Oreo pie crust, powdered sugar, whipped topping, cream cheese, peanut butter, chocolate Magic Shell topping, Reeses Pieces, peanut butter chips, Reeses Peanut Butter Cup pieces 12 - Friday only: Oreo pie crust, powdered sugar, whipped topping, cream cheese, peanut butter, chocolate Magic Shell topping, Reeses Pieces, peanut butter chips, Reeses Peanut Butter Cup pieces 19 - canned crushed pineapple, canned coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, honey 26 - No class this week.
