Students will practice reading comprehension skills. 
Students will build vocabulary by connecting spoken word to written word.
Students will practice reading fluency through participation during round robin reading. 
Students will practice social skills through discussion.

I have years of experience teaching literacy skills in the elementary school. I also have a Master's in Reading and have taken many professional development courses to continue my craft in providing effective instruction that helps students achieve goals and become successful learners. More than anything, I am just a person who cares and wants children to feel successful and accomplished.

**This is an ongoing book club. Students can enroll and unenroll as needed. Books usually take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on discussion time and time spent reading by teacher and students. This course is more student-led and progression will depend on time spend reading and discussing each book.

Read and discuss "Junie B. Jones and Some Sneaky Peeky Spying"

Additional books will be listed as we continue through the course.
