Juggling for Beginners is an introductory juggling class for new jugglers ages 7 - 9. In this class, students will begin to learn the fundamentals of juggling! No previous juggling knowledge is required! We will begin the class by learning some one-ball tricks and transitioning to two balls towards the end of the class! Not only is juggling fun, but it is also a great way to engage both the right and left sides of the brain! I aim to teach this class while spreading the circus spirit - fostering unconditional inclusion in my classroom and sharing my love of the art with your young learners! Your learners will leave this class having learned some beginner juggling skills and hopefully having had fun!

Students will learn introductory fundamentals of juggling, which will include throwing and catching from one hand to another using the cascade juggling pattern! These are steps that will help students build up to three-ball juggling.

Students will need an open space to juggle in with any breakable objects stored away so that they may juggle safely.
供應清單
In class, students will need three balls (I recommend a juggling ball, a bean bag, or a tennis ball). We may or may not use all three depending on the class. Everyone learns at their own pace!

Hi Learners and Families!
My name is Miss Ella and I am so excited to be teaching through Outschool! I have been working with kids for several years as a camp counselor, babysitter, and dance teacher!
I have been a dancer for 16 years and have completed a two-year dance education training course. I have helped teach ballet, tap, and jazz to a large range of dancers between the ages of 3 and 13 at my local studio and am looking forward to teaching your learner here on Outschool!
I have been juggling for 11 years and have so much fun finding new patterns and teaching others to juggle! I was introduced to circus with flying trapeze and aerial silks, but quickly found a love of juggling. I have learned to juggle from numerous professional and accomplished jugglers and am so excited to share my knowledge of juggling with your learners!
I am a strong believer in the joy and magic that dance and circus can bring into our lives. I teach my classes with the hope of spreading that joy and magic to younger dancers and jugglers!
A fun fact about me is that I have danced in Walt Disney World three times!
