非洲之旅：塞倫蓋蒂

Join Alex and Luna, our cartoon hosts, and myself on an amazing adventure to the Serengeti and meet the animals that live there!  The Serengeti is full of life from the elephant and lion to the meerkat and the termite.  There are so many animals that live in this amazing place!  In my class, we talk about some of the animals that call the Serengeti their home.

  Learners will meet over 20 animals and learn small facts about each one of the animals. I have a slide show to use during class that is full of colorful pictures of Africa and each animal.  The slideshow is done in a cartoonish manner to make class fun and interesting to young learners.  

Learners will learn some of the things these animals eat, how they live, and how they live with each other.  Some of the animals we will meet in class include the giant African elephant, the tall and majestic giraffe, and the fast-running cheetah!  We will meet a pride of lions and a clan of hyenas as well as the solitary rhino and leopard along with much more.  

Learners will also be able to print off a coloring sheet that features animals from the African Serengeti that they can color during or after class.
