Dance with me in this ongoing, Jazz and Hip Hop Dance Class! We will learn a new choreographed dance each week! We will begin each class with a short standing warm up, followed by floor exercise that will include various stretches, technique and skills. All dance moves and music will be age appropriate. Class will start over from the beginning 11/17 - Week 1 - Where You Are 11/24 - Week 2 - Boogie Woogie Shoes 12/1 - Week 3 - Seize the Day 12/8 - Week 4 - Better When I'm Dancing 12/15 - Week 5 - What Else Can I Do? 12/22 - Week 6 - Where You Are 12/9 - Week 7 - Halo, Walking On Sunshine 1/5 - Week 8 - Chim Chim Cher-ee 1/12 - Week 9 - Get Back Up Again 1/19 - Week 10 - My Year 1/26 - Week 11 - We Go Together 2/2 - Week 12 - Let It Go 2/9 - Week 13 - Get A Clue 2/16 - Week 14 - I Just Can't Wait to Be King 2/23 - Week 15 - Boy Band 3/2 - Week 16 - Alien Invasion 3/9 - Week 17 - Candy Store 3/16 - Week 18 - Surface Pressure 3/23 - Week 19 - Supernova Girl 4/6 - Week 20 - I'm You're Girl Going through the class more than once is encouraged. It allows the learner to work on perfecting their steps and technique. Challenges will be given in the class to help advance other students. No previous dance experience needed.

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
Please note: Transfer request can be accommodated if requested a least 24 hours before the section begins. This allows time to fill the spot in class that your child was holding. I also try to respond to messages within 48 hours.評論
