Ciao and Hello! Welcome to our 8-Week Italian Program, which is not just a class, but an adventure! This foundational course is your child’s passport to unlocking the wonders of the Italian language, crafted with the perfect blend of excitement and self-paced learning. Please note there are no live meetings. This course is self-paced with pre-recorded videos but includes access to communication with the teacher. The teacher will provide support throughout the 8 weeks from when you start. This includes message communication from Sunday through Friday and the ability to request additional materials or help. What to Expect: 🎉 Engaging lessons taught in both English and Italian. 🧒 Tailored for elementary and early middle school students with little to no knowledge of Italian. 🌍 Explore key topics each week, building a solid foundation while making language learning a thrill. Introductions, Greetings
Together we will:
- review class expectations
- greet each other in Italian
- learn to ask how are you and respond with 3 emotions
- learn other ways to greet beyond ciao

Lesson 2:
The Alphabet, Letter Sounds
Together we will:
- ask and tell our name
- ask and tell other's names
- identify the letters in Italian and their sounds
-spell our names and basic words
22 mins of video lessons
Lesson 3:
The numbers and colors part 1
Together we will:
- review what we have learned in class 1 and 2
- count to 10 and spell correctly the numbers
- ask and give phone numbers
- identify the colors
- communicate if the color is light or dark
Lesson 4:
The numbers and colors part 2
Together we will:
- count 11-20 and spell them correctly
- identify the colors and use them to answer key questions about what colors we like and don't like as well as what colors we wear and like to paint with
