While some kids are born leaders, others need to be motivated and nurtured become good leaders. Every child can become a leader when given the right guidance, tools, knowledge, and influence. We believe that leadership is a mindset that can be shifted within a short time, and with that positive shift, a new leader is born. Once the idea of leadership is planted. The process of mindset shift begins, and the student is ready to embark on the journey towards leadership in life. Once a child becomes a leader, there is no looking back! This introductory class covers critical areas of leadership. During this class, the student will take part in an interactive and fun activity that will give your student the essentials for their leadership future. First, the students learn the traits and characteristics of a leader. Then using examples of superheroes (ex. Batman, Superman, etc) we will examine and discuss what makes them a leader. Finally, the activity included in this course will be to make an "I can be a Super Leader" Poster. The student will create a poster showing they are Super Leaders.

Who is a Superhero? - Superheroes are Great Leaders.
Action - I can be a Super Leader.
