This course is for the creative young mind with music in their head that they want to bring to life! It is very fulfilling to see your creations come to being. The topics I will cover in this class are the following: - modern music song structure (chorus, verse, bridge, etc) - basic musical concepts (chords, progressions, melodies, harmony, etc) - how to make musical plan/goals (without a plan, there is little or no progress) - saving work (sheet music programs, DAW's (Digital Audio...
By the end of the class I would like for students to be empowered with more knowledge and wisdom in order to create music with enjoyment!
A place to take notes. Piano or other instrument at hand would be helpful but not necessary.
