Students will interact with teacher and other students during each class in order to practice vocabulary. Handouts with vocabulary words will be emailed after each class. This course covers 4 Units. Each Unit consists of 2 parts: the first part is introduction of new material and the second is practice what was taught in the first part. Week 1 / Unit 1: Brief introduction to Russia (map, flag, anthem) Vocabulary: Greetings and Introductions in Russian Russian alphabet; Numbers 1-10 ...
After completing this course, students will start reading in Russian and use conversational vocabulary that they have learned. They will be able to say their name, age, who they are as well as ask simple questions in Russian.
