In this class we will start to explore the world of fractions! Students will learn how to identify the different parts of fractions and what those parts represent. Students will also learn how to add fractions to a number line and how to use fractions to represent different parts of a pie chart. Finally, I like to try to keep learning fun, so we will play a review game to sharpen our new skills. This class will be very interactive. Your child will have many opportunities to speak if they choose to do so.

Hello, my name is Seana Mohr!
I am a certified K-6 teacher and am passionate about teaching reading, writing, and math to students in Pre-K through third grade. I believe that learning should be fun and try my best to keep lessons engaging and interesting. I have been working with children for 15 years and have done everything under the sun. Most recently, I have spent time as a kindergarten and third-grade teacher, math and reading tutor, and ESL teacher. I know that every student is unique and with the right tools and strategies they can reach their full potential.
