課堂經歷
This ongoing voice class is a great opportunity for young singers to learn about healthy singing techniques and basic musicianship skills. Participants will grow in confidence and music fluency in a fun and engaging atmosphere and will also learn a short song each week that incorporates learned skills! Each weekly meeting will be an opportunity for students to learn more about their own unique voice and to engage in playful exploration of their vocal ability. Though there is an innate benefit to attending consecutive classes, students can attend each lesson exclusive of the others, as each class will be taught at a level accessible to young beginners. Young singers will have the opportunity to explore foundational skills in singing and sight-singing through sequential lessons, each building a deeper understanding of the monthly topic. Lessons in this course will be tailored to the unique singers enrolled, and the classes will focus primarily on lessons and vocal exercises incorporating their newly learned skills! When appropriate, courses may also include suggested practice exercises, music worksheets, or musical enrichment supplements to bolster each student’s understanding of the topic.
